In general, MSE, INC can provide a *free estimate if you fill out the Request a Survey Form and provide us with a copy of your title report.

• If your inquiry involves boundary or easements you must provide ALL pages of your Policy of Title Insurance (Title Report) for an estimate to be made.

• If you cannot find your Title Report contact your Title Company Customer Service Department and ask them to send you a copy.

• If you do not have a loan on your property you must provide your grant deed. We may need to engage a Title Company at some point in the process depending on your needs.

• If your inquiry involves construction plans you must provide the approved relevant plan sheets. Please email the plans or provide hard copy.

PLEASE provide any other relevant information (timeline, history, local knowledge, old documents, etc.) that will help us understand your scope.

Note that if you email data you should follow up and call after 24 hours in case your data or request was filtered and withheld as SPAM or quarantined.

You will not incur any charges (including estimates) unless you are under a signed written Agreement for Professional Services.
