Meridian Surveying Engineering, Inc., is a San Francisco based California Corporation that provides professional surveying, planning and related design engineering services to Municipalities, Contractors, Developers, A/E firms, Utilities, and Landowners.  Founded in 1989, Meridian has strategically located offices in the Cow Hollow area of San Francisco & in Central San Rafael to better serve the Bay Area.  Key project managers -- Stanley Gray, Richard Mather, Craig Roberts, Greg Ippolito  & Nathan Foley - have extensive experience in accomplishing a variety of Land Surveying, Hydrographic, GIS & Civil Engineering tasks.

PRINCIPAL QUALIFICATIONS

STANLEY T. GRAY, California Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), BS Surveying and Photogrammetry (1983, Cal State University at Fresno).  In addition to his surveying expertise, he is a specialist in engineering automation technologies including GIS/GPS and CAD.  Mr. Gray provides mediation and expert witness in property litigation and accident investigations.  Mr. Gray has developed and implemented field-to-finish survey programs and procedures.  He has accomplished surveys of all types both as a field surveyor and as a project manager in both urban and suburban environments.
